Mr. David Reese, a stationary engineer who calibrated water quality testing equipment for the metals lab was one of the watershed maintainers who was transferred,
In 2014, a homicide occurred at the DEP Kingston facility in the Watershed Maintainers dept. and a man was sent to prison for life.
Mr. David Reese's trial transcripts and the Kingston Police incident report were sealed by the courts.
We humbly request that Kingston City Mayor Steve Noble demand that David Reese's court records be unsealed, so that the public would be able to inspect them.
